I have a bright, clean, natural look that centers around authenticity — perfectly imperfect. My approach is very relaxed and candid but I’m well versed on knowing when to give direction and how much. Where there's a chance I push the creative boundaries and I especially like to play with motion, black and white, throwing in a feeling of playfulness, nostalgia, elegance or an editorial vibe.

I specifically focus on working with people. Usually this is couples, families, children and babies. As a dad of two I have picked up a few things along the way that help. I feel it’s my mission to make sure I capture what you want, show you in the best light, and also add that magical something.

I’m a strong believer that people associate with other like minded people. Be it at events, through sports like cycling or within the workplace. People buy from people and my point of difference focuses on just that, people.

I sadly lost my mother at a young age and now as I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy the journey of having my own children it has changed my perspective and drive. I feel creating and capturing your special memories in time is my little nod to doing good in the world and I believe these priceless memories should be accessible for everyone to have, keep and look back on.

I have a few years of experience specifically as a photographer and 17 years as a graphic designer. I have a BCGD(Hons) and I am a member of DINZ. Starting as a Graphic Designer with training in photography means now I have a refined and greater appreciation of things such as trends, styles, composition and how imagery is used in a wider context to help story tell. Throughout my design career I have been involved with fashion model shoots, product shoots, brand, lifestyle and street style. Fun fact I worked as a nightlife photographer for a year in London.
